Position Summary: A professional responsible for managing Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting safety awareness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages safety, quality, environmental, and occupational health management systems. 2. Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for industrial safety. 3. Promotes safety awareness and represents the organization. * Engineering or Bachelor's degree (Civil, Mechanical, Petroleum, Industrial, or Environmental Engineering; Drilling/Safety Technician or related field). * Five years of experience in industrial safety, occupational health, environmental, and quality management. * Ensure that processes necessary to comply with the Safety, Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health Management System are established, implemented, and maintained. * Ensure that processes necessary to comply with the Integrated Management System are established, implemented, and maintained through internal audit programs that generate preventive and corrective actions for Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Protection. * Ensure that corporate procedures related to safety, quality, environment, and occupational health comply with current Mexican legislation and applicable international standards. * Determine and ensure that corporate procedures related to Industrial Safety, Environmental Protection, and Occupational Health align with current Mexican legislation and applicable international standards. * Promote and supervise the dissemination and implementation of corporate procedures, as well as Mexican safety regulations and applicable international standards. * Promote and supervise the dissemination and implementation of corporate procedures, as well as Mexican regulations and standards for Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Protection. Must identify applicable regulatory requirements for Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Protection. * Manage and execute internal safety audit programs to assess compliance with the Organization’s Management System, customer requirements, corporate requirements, and legal requirements. * Coordinate across various departments to ensure proper safety compliance and fulfillment of all applicable legal requirements. * Lead projects to identify hazardous or unsafe physical conditions that may pose risks to facilities, processes, machinery, equipment, tools, transportation means, materials, and energy sources. * Establish immediate response mechanisms upon detection of imminent serious hazards, sanitary contingencies, and internal and/or external emergencies at workplaces. * Promote safety awareness among all organizational employees. * Represent the organization before clients, government agencies, and certification bodies on matters related to Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Protection. * Understand and be familiar with Nabors’ integrated QHSE policy, as well as other policies linked to the management system, and identify how these policies apply within their area of responsibility. * Actively participate in the Occupational Health Program (OHP), which includes the company’s Occupational Health Program and Annual Medical Examination Plan. * Actively participate in implementing the Integrated Management Systems (IMS). * Perform duties and/or activities assigned by their immediate supervisor related to their primary responsibilities.
