




**Main Functions** · Attend department regular meetings · Handle, analyze domestic and foreign customer PO, follow and arrange delivery · Handle abnormal events · Coordinate with logistics forwarder for export declaration and settlement · Check the invoiceable, arrange for the Finance Dept to issue invoice, check the invoice, send invoice to customers. · Check and confirm the received foreign currency · Control and consume FG inventory · Update the Delivery Risk Alarm · Analyze critical customer consumption · Book the payments of export logistic forwarder · Assist other departments with complaints from domestic and foreign customers · Assist Finance Dept. for receivables collection · Complete other temporary jobs arranged by the leaders **Other Requirement** · Grade: Bachelor’s degree in Undergraduate / International Trade or Logistics. · Languages: Intermediate spoken and written English (assessment will be performed) · Minimum one to two years’ experience in area · Good at MS Office, especially, Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook · Work Schedule: In person from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. · Competitive salary and benefits according to experience and profile evaluation.
