




We are currently looking for the following profile: IT Support * Provide second-level technical support to internal users, ensuring continuity of IT services. * Diagnose, escalate and resolve incidents related to connectivity, networks, operating systems and internal platforms. * Participate in the design, development and maintenance of internal applications. * Collaborate with development teams in implementing scalable, secure, and user-focused solutions. * Document technical processes, user manuals, and implemented solutions. * Administer and maintain databases associated with developed systems. * Propose continuous improvements in support and development processes. * Collaborate on cross-departmental projects with areas such as operations, infrastructure, and customer service. Requirements **Academic:** * Degree or near completion in Software Development and Management Engineering or related field. **Technical:** * Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP). * Experience with programming languages such as Java, C\#, JavaScript, Python, among others. * Knowledge of front\-end development (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks). * Experience administering relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). * Basic to intermediate knowledge of networks, connectivity, WiFi, and communication protocols. * Familiarity with version control tools (Git) is desirable. * Ability to analyze processes and propose automation or digital solutions.
