




1. Collect Requirements Provided by the Store Supervisor and Validate Assignments with the Regional Manager to determine the search for commission agents. 2. Use various sources to attract commission agents such as: posting on Facebook, distributing flyers, job postings, newspapers, etc. 3. Deliver institutional presentations to interested candidates. 4. Conduct reference checks, credit bureau reports, verified contribution weeks, and candidate address verification. 5. Prepare Pre-Committee documentation, socio-economic studies, and Committee review with the Regional Manager. 6. Administer Integrity Tests and determine whether approval is granted or whether an Adjustment Interview must be conducted. 7. Receive documentation from both new commission agents and each member of their team, collect a $15,000.00 deposit, or request authorization from the Regional Director for a lower amount. 8. Submit the complete file to the Recruitment Supervisor for entry into training. 9. The commission agent enters training and remains there until certified for Store Takeover. 10. Develop monthly strategies to attract commission agents. 11. Plan the monthly recruitment budget. Support Recruitment for Administrative and Operational Positions as determined by the Recruitment Supervisor. Job type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 per month Work location: On-site position
