Maintenance and Installation Technician

Job Summary: Maintenance technician with experience in gaming equipment, performing site visits, in-depth repairs, staff training, and support in installing attractions. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of various gaming equipment. 2. In-depth repairs and rehabilitation of equipment. 3. Staff training and management of vehicles and warehouse. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Regular visits to branches for corrective and preventive maintenance of gaming equipment: (laser tag vests, arcade machines, bowling lanes, among others). • Reporting, tracking, and resolving recurring failures at branches. • In-depth repairs to rehabilitate equipment. • Staff training on operations and repairs when necessary. • Loading, unloading, transportation, and movement of equipment and materials. • General maintenance of company infrastructure. • Recording maintenance activities in logbooks. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Installation of gaming attractions in Mexico and abroad. • Direct telephone calls with customers during problem resolution processes. • Maintaining cleanliness of the workplace and equipment at all times. • Preparation of tools and materials for installations. • Support in manufacturing game-area components (e.g., tensioning tarps on obstacles, painting fluorescent details, among others). • Management of maintenance for utility vehicles. • Warehouse Management.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper Secondary Education – Technological High School 3 years of experience Languages: English Age: Between 18 and 50 years Knowledge: Electronics Driver's Licenses: A, B Willingness to Travel: Yes Persons with Disabilities: Yes Keywords: technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, tecnologia, technologist, maintenance, conservation, conservation, maintenance
