




Job Description: Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality and food safety management systems, guaranteeing compliance with applicable regulations, as well as staff training and awareness regarding good practices and established standards.**Key Responsibilities** * Implement and monitor management systems based on **HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 14001**, and other applicable quality and food safety standards. * Develop, review, and control system documentation (manuals, procedures, records, forms). * Coordinate and conduct internal audits, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. * Train and raise staff awareness on quality, food safety, good manufacturing practices, and established procedures. * Manage document control and ensure proper updating and distribution of documents. * Collaborate with various departments to implement procedures and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. * Monitor key system indicators and propose improvement actions. **Requirements** Academic background: Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. (Intern or recent graduate) Technical knowledge: * Principles of HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP. * ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001). * Procedures, document control, and internal audits. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and document management software. Courses, internships, or work experience in quality or food safety management systems. Effective communication and training skills. Ability to draft clear and accurate technical documentation. Results-oriented with attention to detail. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
