**Position: Computer Technician** **Job Description:** The Technical Word Editor will be responsible for creating, editing, formatting, and standardizing technical and administrative documents using Microsoft Word at an advanced level. This position requires high attention to detail, mastery of advanced Word tools, and the ability to work with extensive, complex documents with specific formats. **Main Responsibilities:** * Edit, format, and correct documents in Word according to established standards. * Create templates, tables, styles, headers, footers, and automatic indexes. * Ensure consistency in language, format, structure, and document presentation. * Perform quality reviews and version control. * Integrate images, tables, charts, and cross-references. * Provide support to the team on formatting and advanced Word tools. * Guarantee that all documents comply with technical and corporate guidelines. **Requirements:** * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (styles, references, tables, sections, basic macros). * Excellent spelling, grammar, and writing skills. * Ability to work with large volumes of information. * Detail-oriented and highly organized. * Previous experience in technical editing or documentation is desirable.
