Position Summary: We are seeking a Storage Specialist with Dell Unity experience to administer, configure, monitor, and optimize SAN and NAS storage solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Capacity, performance, and growth projection analysis Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is looking for: Storage Specialist – Dell Unity (SAN/NAS) **Conversational English required** **Hybrid work arrangement (2 days on-site, 3 days remote)** **Location: CDMX, Guadalajara, Querétaro, and/or Monterrey** **Requirements** * Proven experience administering Dell Unity Storage. * Solid knowledge of SAN and NAS technologies. * Experience with zoning, multipathing, and server connectivity. * Familiarity with VMware, Windows Server, or Linux environments (desirable). * Knowledge of storage monitoring, capacity planning, and troubleshooting. * Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and manage critical incidents. **Responsibilities** * Administer and provide support for Dell Unity storage solutions in SAN and NAS environments. * Configure, monitor, and optimize storage arrays, pools, LUNs, file systems, and associated resources. * Manage storage allocation to physical and virtual servers. * Perform capacity, performance, and growth projection analysis. * Implement backup, replication, and disaster recovery policies. * Address incidents, requests, and changes related to the storage infrastructure. * Document configurations, procedures, and best practices. * Collaborate with network, server, virtualization, and security teams to ensure seamless end-to-end environment operations. **Desirable** * Experience with other storage platforms (NetApp, EMC, HPE, etc.). * Knowledge of replication, snapshots, DR, and business continuity. * Certifications related to storage or infrastructure. **We Offer:** * Office hours * 100% payroll-based employment * Salary open to negotiation based on experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family SGMM, SV 1 million, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU)
