At Vitro Hogar, we seek a Fleet Manager who guarantees comprehensive control of our delivery units, ensuring continuous operation, cost control, and regulatory compliance. What will you do? Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. Supervise mechanical conditions and documentation of vehicles. Manage suppliers and workshops. Monitor routes, GPS, and fuel efficiency. Administer performance indicators. Ensure compliance with road safety policies. Follow up on drivers and administrative controls. Requirements 5 years of experience managing fleets. Experience in logistics, traffic, or transportation. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and GPS monitoring. Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. Willingness to travel. Valid driver's license.
