This role is critical to ensuring that equipment, tools, and materials are properly prepared and that activities are conducted safely and efficiently. You will work closely with the operator and crew, contributing to compliance with Baker Hughes’ operational, HSE, and service quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** Support land and offshore well cementing operations, including casing cementing, liner cementing, plug jobs, squeeze jobs, and tie-backs. Assist in preparing, assembling, and operating cementing equipment and high-pressure units under the operator’s supervision. Participate in pre-job planning and in preparing equipment, tools, and materials prior to mobilization and upon arrival at site. Support mobilization and demobilization of cementing equipment, tools, and supplies. Collaborate with the crew to develop operational and technical skills in the field. Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper safeguarding of assigned equipment and tools. Support preparation of job reports, equipment checklists, and required operational documentation. Maintain effective communication with the operator, crew, support personnel, and follow on-site operational instructions. Demonstrate availability, commitment, and accountability for assigned duties. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and exchange of best operational practices. Strictly comply with Baker Hughes’ and the customer’s service quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. **Requirements for Success** Bachelor’s degree, Technical University Degree (TSU), or equivalent technical training. Minimum 2 years of verifiable field experience in land and offshore well cementing operations. Experience supporting primary and/or remedial cementing jobs. Verifiable documentation of the required experience. Ability to work in a team, follow procedures, and maintain a proactive attitude in the field. Strong commitment to HSE, operational safety, and service quality. **Desirable** Interest in building an operational career within Pressure Pumping. Prior experience as a helper, assistant, or junior operator in cementing.
