Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate technical tasks, ensure safety standards, and develop maintenance programs in an on-site environment. Development of short-term and long-term maintenance programs **Maintenance Supervisor** **Requirements:** * Education: Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or Mechanics. * 2 years of experience in similar positions * Leadership and coordination skills * Problem-solving ability. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor the maintenance program. * Organize daily tasks for technical staff. * Inspect compliance with safety standards. * Supervise maintenance personnel to ensure assigned tasks are completed. * Verify inventory of equipment and materials in the area. * Develop short-term, medium-term, and long-term maintenance programs. **We Offer:** * Weekly salary * Statutory benefits * Working hours: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
