Your chance to join the Great CEWS Campeche Family is here! **Apply now!** **Requirements:** * **Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.** * **Minimum 3 years of experience in the wiring harness industry within the Lead Prep area (Cutting and Mid-Processes).** * **Advanced Excel proficiency.** * **Personnel management skills.** * **Bilingual.** * **Proficiency in Windows-based computer programs and MS\-Office; knowledge of IATF 16949 standard is preferred.** * **Responsible, organized, and innovative.** **Key Responsibilities:** * **Design workstations at line launch and continuously improve them according to production needs in CIRCUIT CUTTING AND PROCESSES.** * **Daily monitoring of production line efficiencies in the LEAD PREP AREA; daily analysis of downtime and bottlenecks.** * **Calculate staffing levels for production areas based on target efficiencies whenever product demand changes.** * **Develop and improve existing set\-ups by applying ergonomic principles.** * **Supervise, manage, and optimize processes in the Lead Prep area.** **If you are interested in this position and meet the above requirements, please apply through this channel.** Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
