We are partners of brands such as Xerox, HP Latex, and Epson, offering sales, leasing, and technical service for multifunctional devices, plotters, and graphic arts equipment. **What Are We Looking For?** We seek a responsible IT Analyst to manage and support the company's technological infrastructure, ensuring the proper functioning of systems, networks, equipment, and digital platforms. This role will serve as a key ally to administrative, commercial, and technical departments, providing support, information analysis, and assistance in operational and commercial processes. **Main Responsibilities:** Provide on-site and remote technical support (equipment, networks, telephony, and CCTV). Administer and maintain systems, servers, and digital platforms. Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computing equipment. Analyze data for commercial campaigns and web platforms. Participate in procurement and tendering processes with a technical focus. Generate sales, inventory, and performance reports. Provide technical support to customers and internal users.
