Position Summary: This position is responsible for managing and organizing the flow of equipment, consumables, and spare parts—from receipt through dispatch and tracking—ensuring inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Review and assignment of folios for equipment and maintenance. 2. Receipt, organization, and dispatch of products and consumables. 3. Assistance in preparing shipments and verifying equipment. **Responsibilities:** * 1\. Review existing or open folios and assign them to warehouse staff to identify which equipment will be delivered to the maintenance department. * 2\. Receive and organize products or consumables. * 3\. Issue dispatch vouchers for consumables or assets (digital, pressure regulators, manifolds, etc.) and spare parts (Calibration Kit, Case Clips (Latches), Diesel Filter, etc.). * 4\. Prepare a folio and obtain the signature of the Anomalies Supervisor as supporting documentation to release consumables or assets and transfer them to the client’s facility. * 5\. Receive signed and authorized vouchers from technicians to track the unloading of spare parts and securely store them in the asset warehouse. * 6\. Assist dispatchers and warehouse staff in preparing shipments based on checklist requirements. * 7\. Verify the current status of equipment. * 8\. Generate a transfer folio for equipment, materials, or consumables to the requested platform.
