Pedro Sainz de Baranda, Campeche **Work Mode:** On-site **Essential Requirements:** * **Bachelor's Degree in Medicine with official degree certificate and professional license (mandatory)** * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Physician in industrial or manufacturing companies * Experience managing employee populations exceeding 200 staff members * Proficiency in IMSS forms (ST7, ST9, ST2, etc.) * Experience in occupational health, safety and hygiene, and corporate medical care * Prior corporate experience is mandatory (experience solely in private clinics will not be considered) **Key Responsibilities:** * Administration of pre-employment, periodic, and special medical examinations * General medical consultations and care for employees * Emergency response and follow-up for work-related incidents as a pre-hospital care provider * Implementation and monitoring of preventive health and safety campaigns * Development of situational assessments * Monitoring of the annual training program * Coordination of first-aid teams * Advisory support to the Safety and Hygiene Committee * Participation in internal and external audits * Preparation of monthly reports with key performance indicators and metrics * Medication and inventory control * Management and organization of medical records in compliance with applicable regulations * Prevention and control of workplace accidents and assessment of occupational risks If interested, please apply and submit your CV through this channel; a Recruitment Analyst will contact you to schedule an interview.
