Primary responsibilities include: completing full mise en place, encompassing washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning vegetables, meats, and other ingredients; maintaining constant cleanliness and order in their workstation, utensils, and kitchen equipment, including dishwashing and pot cleaning; assisting in preparing simple recipes or plating during service as directed. They are responsible for monitoring inventory levels at their station and reporting replenishment needs.
