This position will coordinate required work activities beyond organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes performs work in accordance with customer expectations and contractual terms and conditions. **Job Description** Coordinate and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of completions services—from planning through execution and operational closeout—ensuring customer satisfaction, well integrity, and achievement of operational and financial objectives.**Key Functions and Responsibilities** --------------------------------- ### **Operational Planning and Preparation** * Develop completion plans considering design, tools, procedures, and best practices. * Coordinate logistics for completions equipment (packers, sleeves, plugs, sand control, ICS, Smart Tools, etc.). * Validate availability of critical materials and tools, ensuring their calibration and certification. ### **Field Operational Management** * Supervise execution of completions operations, ensuring compliance with BHGE standards. * Provide on-site technical support and monitor key parameters during system installation. * Ensure proper integration of services with other disciplines (interventions, cementing, wireline, fracturing, etc.). ### **Strategic Customer Relationship** * Serve as the primary point of contact during planning, execution, and post-job phases. * Identify opportunities for design optimization, operational efficiency, and performance improvement. * Participate in DWOP, HAZOP, pre-job, post-job, and performance review meetings. ### **Costs, Profitability, and Contractual Compliance** * Control operational costs and ensure projects meet expected financial parameters. * Prepare post-operation reports and analyses with metrics, findings, opportunities, and recommendations. * Evaluate operational deviations and propose continuous improvement actions. ### **HSE and Quality** * Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies across all operational stages. * Lead safety initiatives and promote the STOP WORK culture. * Manage quality, reliability incidents, and ensure effective closure of corrective actions. **Job Requirements** ------------------------- ### **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering, or related field. ### **Experience** * Minimum 5 years of experience in completions operations. * Proven experience with completion systems (mechanical, Smart, sand control, liner hangers, ICDs/ECDs). * Project coordination, operational logistics, and field supervision experience. ### **Competencies** * Leadership and influence * Clear and effective communication * Customer focus * Decision-making under pressure * Technical analysis and problem solving ### **Technical Knowledge** * Design, installation, and operation of completion equipment. * Design and planning software (WellPlan, Jewel Suite, or equivalents). * Safety standards and regulations applicable to completions. **Working With Us** Our people are at the heart of everything we do at Baker Hughes.
