




The main responsibilities will be: \* Deliver chocolate and pastry courses and workshops for different levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced). \* Design and develop attractive and up-to-date content, recipes, and teaching materials. \* Teach techniques such as chocolate tempering, making chocolates, molding, artistic figures, chocolate painting, and flavor combinations. \* Manage inventory of raw materials (chocolate, nuts, spices, etc.) and tools, ensuring quality and adequate stock. \* Ensure a safe, clean, and organized learning environment, complying with all food hygiene and safety regulations. \* Motivate and guide students, encouraging their creativity and addressing their questions during practical sessions. Requirements (Education and Experience):\* \* Training in Chocolate Making, Pastry, Baking, or Gastronomy \* In-depth knowledge of chocolate handling techniques (tempering, tabling, ganaches, etc.). \* Previous teaching or group training experience will be positively considered.
