At XTREME PARK, we continue expanding across the galaxy We have parks in Aguascalientes, Veracruz, Tuxtla, Nicolás Romero, Coacalco, and Interlomas, and we are seeking a FOOD AND BEVERAGE PURCHASING ANALYST If you have procurement experience, negotiation skills, and enjoy working in a fun environment, we want to meet you! REQUIREMENTS 3 years of purchasing experience, knowledge of food and beverages, analysis and review of purchase requests, inventory monitoring, basic understanding of maximum and minimum stock levels, experience monitoring purchase receipts and inter-warehouse transfers. SKILLS Data and cost analysis Supplier evaluation Preferably proficient in ERP systems such as Odoo or Oracle. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze and execute the acquisition of goods and services for the organization. Analyze and select suppliers offering favorable credit terms, improved costs, delivery times, and quality. Monitor purchases from requisition through warehouse receipt. Coordinate inter-warehouse transfers. Analyze purchasing trends, track and forecast demand, and optimize procurement strategies. COMPENSATION Gross monthly base salary: $15,000 — paid biweekly Meal vouchers: $1,500 — paid once per month Starting from the 6th completed month, you may request advance vacation days Statutory benefits effective from Day 1 100% formal employment contract Free park entry and employee discounts Savings fund Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour daily lunch break and a 1-hour early departure on Fridays.
