Maintenance Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive individual to perform general maintenance and minor repairs in departments, with experience in plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Respond to and follow up on maintenance reports in departments. 2. Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on facilities. 3. Carry out basic work in painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electricity. -Important: Work location is Cuajimalpa de Morelos Borough. Candidates must reside in Álvaro Obregón or Cuajimalpa Borough. -Respond to and follow up on maintenance reports in departments. -Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on facilities. -Carry out basic work in: Painting (touch-ups, patching, and general application). Plumbing (leak inspection and replacement of fixtures). Carpentry (door and furniture adjustments). Basic electrical work (replacement of light fixtures and outlets, and general inspections). Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and support facility improvements. And other maintenance tasks necessary for operational continuity. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in general maintenance or similar positions. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry. Basic proficiency in using hand tools. Responsible, proactive individual with a service-oriented attitude.
