Responsibilities: Provide technical support to corporate and branch users Diagnose and resolve hardware and software failures Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment Install and configure devices and systems Track and document incidents (tickets) Assist in the implementation of technology projects Profile We Seek: Education: Technician or Bachelor's degree in Systems, IT, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk Willingness to travel to other branches and cover periodic on-call shifts Key Skills: Technical problem-solving Excellent user interaction Working under pressure and sense of urgency Incident organization and tracking Clear communication and proactive attitude Ability to install and handle equipment Plus: Experience in multi-branch environments Proficiency with collaborative tools Knowledge of administrative and operational processes Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including on-call duties Benefits and Offer: Salary commensurate with experience Immediate statutory benefits Food vouchers Option for sports scholarship Interested?
