We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions developed in UiPath. This person will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, documenting processes, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring the quality of automations in production. Intermediate-to-advanced English (technical reading and writing). Responsibilities * Provide technical support to clients for automations in production (UiPath). * Diagnose and resolve technical issues in automated processes. * Act as a liaison between users and the technical development team (including offshore staff). * Document business processes, operational procedures, and training materials. * Perform code and process reviews to ensure quality. * Generate reports and data analysis. * Administer the RPA system as a technical user. * Participate in identifying automation opportunities. Requirements **Mandatory:** * Proven experience in technical support for RPA automations (UiPath). * Basic knowledge of scripting languages. * Experience in system or server administration. * Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word). * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work with multiple teams (technical, business, infrastructure). * Intermediate-to-advanced English (technical reading and writing). **Desirable:** * Previous experience in similar automation initiatives. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Agile, SDLC). * Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (BE/MCA).
