Ensuring installation quality and timelines **WORKBOX is seeking an Installation Supervisor in Bosque Real - Huixquilucan, State of Mexico** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Residential Installation Site Resident** **Location:** Bosque Real, State of Mexico **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM **Salary:** $16,000 – $18,000 MXN net monthly + Statutory benefits **Job Description** A company specialized in **high-end residential projects and fine finishes** is seeking a **Site Resident (Architect or Civil Engineer)** to supervise the proper execution of on-site installations. The role focuses on the **coordination and supervision of interior installations**, including kitchens, closets, bathroom furniture, glazing, doors, ceramic tiles, faucets, and accessories. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that site conditions are suitable for installation, coordinating suppliers, and tracking project progress. **Responsibilities** * Supervise site conditions and **verify levels for installations**. * Coordinate **pre-installation checklists** for kitchens, closets, and furniture. * Manage suppliers and track **material deliveries** (including imported items). * Monitor progress using **Excel tracking sheets** and weekly reports. * Coordinate with clients to ensure spaces are ready for installation. * Maintain constant communication with construction teams and project management. * Supervise adherence to timelines and quality standards for each installation. * Availability for **occasional travel to Mexico City** (expenses covered). **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture or Civil Engineering** (graduated or intern). * **Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision or installation coordination.** * Experience in **residential carpentry installations (kitchens or closets)**. * Knowledge of **level verification and site condition assessment**. * Proficiency in **Excel for progress tracking and reporting**. * Experience coordinating suppliers and material logistics. . **Desired Education Level:** Higher education – Graduated **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Construction **Industry:** Architecture and Planning *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69ab27c85100003c002b3276\&source\=indeed*
