




Job Summary: The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and equipment, ensuring production flow and compliance with quality and safety standards. Collaborative team-based work environment with a high level of organization. **Role Summary:** The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of machines and equipment—including hand tools—to perform routine tasks. This position also handles installation, visual inspection, and setup of machines and equipment, complying with expected quality and safety guidelines. Machines and equipment may be manual or computerized. **Responsibilities:** * Operate and maintain machinery and equipment. * Use hand tools. * Move materials and parts to and from work areas using forklifts or lifting equipment. * Ensure proper production flow. * Participate in resolving production and technical issues. * Ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions. * Basic applied mathematics knowledge relevant to the workshop. * Comply with established guidelines and procedures. * Adhere to all safety procedures and policies. * Ability to read and follow routings/drawings. * Ability to train new machine operators. * High level of organization. * Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or similar environments. * Self-directed and proactive individual. * Ability to work well in a team. * Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive arm movements, and frequently lift up to 50 lbs (approx. 23 kg). * Forklift operator certification. * Perform other assigned tasks. **Requirements:** * Experience in machining or a related field. * Experience using and interpreting precision measuring instruments. * Basic computer skills. * High school diploma and/or 0–2 years of relevant experience.
