You must possess solid knowledge of cooking techniques and methods for preparing fresh food. A 60-day training period will be assigned at one of the following locations: ✅Plaza Universidad ✅Parque Delta ✅Reforma 222 ✅Perisur ✅Parque Tepeyac ✅CETRAM 4 Caminos ✅Fashion Mall Tlalnepantla ✅Galerías Coapa ✅Plaza Carso Upon completion, you will be assigned to one of the 45 available vacancies across branches in the Metropolitan Zone. Experience: Over **ONE YEAR** of recent experience in value-added cuisine (Mexican, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Mediterranean, Spanish, or similar). Preferably currently employed or having recently concluded employment. Job Description: Operation of fryers, stovetops, griddles, and woks Inventory and supply management Preparation of dishes according to established recipes Assistance during store opening and/or closing Maintaining the buffet bar fully stocked at all times Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 11 AM to 9 PM, with midweek day off. 30-minute lunch break. We Offer: Monthly gross salary of $11,000 during training. Upon completion of training, salary increases to $12,000 based on technical and practical evaluation. Daily meals (free of charge) Important Notes: These are fast-food establishments; therefore, customers typically do not leave tips. Payroll cut-off dates: 15th and 30th of each month.
