Maintenance of high hygiene standards in the work area **Go Mart is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Jardines Del Pedregal \- Álvaro Obregón, Ciudad de México** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** You only need: * Minimum 6 months’ experience in bakery, pizza making, or cooking * Residence near the workplace * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling Responsibilities: * Assist in basic food preparation (washing, disinfection, chopping, and portioning). * Keep the work area, utensils, and equipment clean and organized. * Assist the chef or cook in daily production. * Receive and store supplies according to hygiene standards. * Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
