What will you do? \* Greet and welcome customers and visitors. \* Assign and manage tables. \* Handle waitlists and reservations. \* Assist and guide customers during their visit. \* Address inquiries and support special requests. \* Operate the banking terminal and assist with payments when required. \* Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure an outstanding guest experience. \* Ensure the reception area remains tidy and presentable. \* Follow up on guest feedback and satisfaction.
