Your purpose will be to develop business applications that meet customer expectations in terms of functional scope, quality, and timeliness. We value candidates with degrees in computer science or related fields, an entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills—both with clients and internal company departments. **Key responsibilities:** Develop and customize business applications (mobile, web, and other technologies) using our Enterprise Low-Code Platform. Analyze, interpret, and translate business requirements into consistent, complete, and understandable design documents. Design, execute, and document unit and functional tests. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in object-oriented programming (e.g., C++, Java), or experience in JavaScript and/or CSS. Frontend and web development experience (knowledge of React is a plus). SQL database knowledge. Functional analysis experience. Proficiency with version control tools (knowledge of Git is a plus). UX/UI knowledge. Strong team orientation. Interpersonal and communication skills, both within and outside the organization. Ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Capacity to work on international projects across multiple time zones. Intermediate to advanced English skills, enabling fluent oral and written communication with clients, ensuring effective and satisfactory interaction at all levels. It is desirable—and considered a plus—to have experience developing digital banking channels, basic Linux knowledge, familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI, and understanding of the financial/banking business domain.
