Position Summary: Design, develop, and deliver dynamic training programs, encouraging participation and providing constructive coaching and feedback. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and Development * **Identify needs:** Assess and analyze skill or knowledge gaps. * **Program design:** Create comprehensive and structured training programs (courses, workshops, seminars, webinars) to address identified gaps. * **Material development:** Develop instructional content, course manuals, presentations, exercises, simulations, and other learning resources. * **Logistics and coordination:** Establish schedules, reserve venues (physical or virtual), manage registrations, and ensure availability of required equipment and materials. 2\. Delivery and Facilitation * **Conduct sessions:** Deliver training in a **dynamic and engaging** manner, using varied instructional techniques (in-person and online) to accommodate different learning styles. * **Encourage participation:** Create an interactive learning environment, motivate participants, and facilitate discussions and group activities. * **Provide ***coaching*** and ***feedback***: Guide participants, offer constructive feedback, and monitor their progress. 3\. Required Conditions * Ability to drive. * Valid driver's license.
