




1 Set individual sales targets and objectives for each salesperson according to the sales budget. 2 Develop weekly and monthly work plans; monitor progress toward achieving sales goals. 3 Plan sales strategies aimed at achieving targets. 4 Analyze performance indicators to guide actions that improve results. 5 Make sales forecasts in special cases, typically during high-demand seasons. 6 Design and assign sales routes to sales representatives. 7 Participate in the recruitment and selection process of sales staff in coordination with the immediate supervisor, Fleet Coordinator, and Human Resources. 8 Manage and optimize material and financial resources assigned to the department. 9 Train and develop sales staff both in the field and in the sales office. Prepare sales training courses tailored to the sales team. Develop job manuals for sales representatives. 10 Generate weekly and monthly performance reports. 11 Regularly manage, update, and categorize the customer database within the internal system (E\-Route). 12 Ensure compliance with sales and customer service processes: communicate and supervise the methodology used in prospecting, visiting, selecting, maintaining, deepening, retaining, and managing customer attrition. 13 Carry out necessary administrative tasks resulting from their activities (submit required documentation to Administration and process new customer registrations in the system).
