




**Purpose of the Position** Coordinate, plan, and execute the Lithos Ecosystem’s marketing strategy through PetraIA, ensuring narrative consistency, visual quality, and correct implementation of campaigns and content. Will be responsible for leading the operational team, supervising strategic production, organizing calendars, analyzing results, and guaranteeing that each company within the Lithos Ecosystem receives effective, strategically aligned communication per the Strategic Marketing Manual. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Strategic Marketing Coordination - Translate strategic guidelines into campaigns, calendars, and projects. - Ensure implementation of the Strategic Marketing Manual. - Plan monthly content for the entire ecosystem. 2. Operational Team Leadership - Supervise tasks and deliverables of the creative team. - Review visual, narrative, and technical quality of content. - Develop the creative team’s capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Strategic Content Production and Supervision - Draft copy, scripts, and briefs. - Supervise audiovisual production, recordings, and podcasts. - Participate in creative sessions with the founder. 4. Company-Specific Marketing Execution - DI+C: engineering, BIM, and projects. - SCA: civil protection and security. - ONIX: hazardous waste. - Pontia: courses, educational content, podcasts. - Lithos: corporate narrative and positioning. 5. Process Organization - Manage calendars, templates, and files. - Create checklists and standardization protocols. - Coordinate the PetraIA–commercial–management workflow. 6. Analysis and Continuous Improvement - Monitor metrics and performance. - Propose data-driven improvements. - Prepare executive reports. **Academic Requirements** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Design, Advertising, or related fields. - Experience coordinating creative teams (preferred). KPIs - Monthly calendar adherence. - Content quality and consistency. - Team delivery timelines. - Campaign metric improvement. - Timely reporting. - Internal process optimization.
