





**Work Mode:** On-site **Schedule:** Full-time **Job Description** We are seeking an **Organizational Psychologist** with experience in **recruitment and selection**, capable of managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes, candidate assessment, and supporting organizational climate initiatives. We are looking for a proactive, analytical individual with excellent interpersonal communication skills. **Responsibilities** * Execute end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. * Post job openings across various channels and conduct active candidate sourcing. * Conduct initial, in-depth, and competency-based interviews. * Administer, score, and interpret psychometric and projective tests (per internal policies). * Prepare psychological reports and candidate profiles. * Coordinate interviews with department leaders and follow up with finalists. * Support onboarding, training, and workplace climate programs. * Maintain an updated candidate database and tracking reports. * Participate in organizational culture activities and talent development initiatives. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (**degree certificate and professional license required**) * Minimum 3–4 years of experience in recruitment and selection. * Proficiency in psychometric testing (certifications preferred). * Knowledge of competency-based interviewing. * Proficiency in Excel and recruitment platforms. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and service orientation.
