




**COMMUNITY MANAGER** Responsible for building, managing, and growing the brand’s digital community across all social media platforms. Their primary objective is to create and execute strategies that increase engagement, foster audience loyalty, strengthen brand image, and contribute to achieving marketing and business goals. ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Develop, implement, and manage content strategies for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), aligned with brand objectives. * Generate original, creative, and valuable content. * Use social media management tools to plan, schedule, and publish content consistently and optimally. * Monitor, respond to, and encourage positive conversations, and manage minor communication crises. * Analyze and report campaign and content performance using key metrics (KPIs) from each platform and analytics tools. * Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, digital tools, and viral content to apply best practices and innovate strategies. ***Required Knowledge and Experience:*** * **Academic Background:** Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years’ experience. * **Platform Proficiency:** Expert knowledge of the functionality, best practices, and algorithms of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube). * **Technical Tools:** Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and familiarity with basic design tools (Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus). * **Digital Knowledge:** Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics principles (Google Analytics).
