**Yard / Logistics Operations Supervisor** Join **ELOLA Transportation**! We are a Mexican transportation company specializing in freight haulage (fifth-wheel), with nationwide presence across the Mexican Republic. We operate short-haul, yard, and highway units **(53”, 48”, dollies, and 20’ and 40’ container carriers).** If you have logistics experience, operational control expertise, and yard management skills, this opportunity is for you! **Position Objective** Supervise and coordinate yard activities, ensuring inventory control, operational documentation management, and service tracking to guarantee efficiency in logistics operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Control of **equipment inventories** and damage reporting * Preparation and control of **transfer letters** * Tracking of **deliveries and returns (empty and loaded)** * Monitoring and updating of **service statuses** * Assignment and control of **tractors** * Control and safeguarding of **operational documentation** * Validation and tracking of **fiscal stamps (timbrados)** * Control of **deliveries and operational evidence** * Administration of **documents and units** * Recording of movements in the **PIS system** * Daily operations tracking and control * Constant communication with drivers and internal departments * **Bill of Lading preparation** **Requirements** * Completed high school diploma or technical degree / incomplete bachelor’s degree (Logistics, Transportation, or related field) * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics operations, yard operations, or transportation * Experience in: * **Document control** * Service tracking * Operational inventory management * **Yard operations / logistics** * Excel proficiency (basic/intermediate) * Familiarity with operational/logistics systems (PIS preferred) * Flexible availability **Key Knowledge Areas** * **Transportation and logistics processes** * Operational documentation control * Handling of evidence and deliveries * **Unit and service tracking** * **Yard operations** **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail * Sense of urgency * Effective communication * Teamwork * Accountability and follow-up * **Ability to work under pressure** **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms * Job stability * Growth opportunities **Contact** If interested in this opportunity, please contact **Aketzali Vázquez** at **5531450782**, via WhatsApp or phone call.
