




We are looking for a person with a background in Marketing, Business Administration or related field to manage customer relationships and coordinate internal service processes, orders and deliveries. Responsibilities Customer follow-up: scheduling, confirmations, post-service support and incident resolution. Administrative management of orders, deliveries, evidence collection and report preparation. Internal coordination with operations, logistics and billing teams to ensure availability and timeliness. Updating CRM/ERP systems (recording orders, incidents and statuses). Assisting in communication with customers. Information control: Excel databases, screenshots and periodic reports. Requirements Completed or near-completion bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field. Experience (preferably 1 year) in customer service or administrative/operational coordination. Intermediate Excel skills (tables, filters, validations) and excellent writing and spelling. Organized, proactive, courteous manner and high sense of responsibility. Flexible schedule and availability for occasional client visits. Valid driver's license.
