




**General Job Objective** Design, develop, and implement processes across the various business units of MAROL Corporate Group, ensuring information traceability, process standardization, and generation of evidence to support decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** Design, update, and maintain policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, and matrices associated with each process. Implement and sustain the Quality Management System (QMS). Evaluate the QMS and implement improvements arising from audits, feedback, and/or performance analysis. Track Non-Conformities, Corrective Actions, and Preventive Actions, ensuring their closure with documented evidence. Implement and promote continuous improvement tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, Pareto, 5 Whys). **Responsibilities:** Develop and update procedures, flowcharts, and process sheets. Coordinate internal QMS audits, develop the annual audit program, and follow up on findings. Implement continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma). Collaborate with all departments to resolve technical issues (administrative and operational areas). Design and execute an annual audit plan.
