READ THE WHOLE DESCRIPTION FIRST **Location:** Remote (Mexico) **Must have strong English** **Compensation:** 20,000–25,000 MXN/month base \+ commissions **Schedule:** Full\-Time **Reports to:** CEO Role Summary We are hiring an experienced Lead Generation \& Outreach Manager with proven leadership skills and hands\-on experience in cold email management, campaign creation, and cold calling. This is a senior role for someone who knows how to build, run, and optimize outbound lead generation systems. We need someone aggressive, disciplined, and capable of taking ownership of the entire outbound engine with minimal supervision. The role involves leading a small team, designing and managing cold outreach systems, overseeing cold calling performance, creating campaigns from scratch, and personally handling warm follow\-up calls from interested leads. Core ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Team Management * Build and lead the outbound lead generation team. * Manage, coach, and hold the cold caller accountable to daily performance KPIs. * Review call recordings for quality control and improvement. * Enforce a disciplined, results\-driven culture. * Conduct weekly coaching sessions and performance evaluations. Cold Email System Management * Create, write, and optimize cold email sequences. * Manage domain warm\-ups, deliverability, inbox rotation, and sending infrastructure. * Monitor open rates, reply rates, and positive responses. * Perform A/B testing on subject lines, copy, and target personas. * Research and refine audience segmentation. * Maintain a fully compliant, healthy cold email system. Campaign Creation and Optimization * Create and launch new cold outreach campaigns from scratch. * Develop scripts, messaging templates, and outreach frameworks. * Build multi\-touch outreach strategies combining email, phone, and follow\-up cadences. * Continuously refine campaigns based on data and performance indicators. Cold Calling Oversight * Ensure the cold caller consistently hits high call volumes. * Provide coaching on tone, pacing, objection handling, and transitions. * Enforce adherence to scripts and call standards. * Maintain high conversation quality and conversion rates. Warm Lead Handling * Take over communication when a lead responds positively. * Conduct qualification calls based on structured criteria. * Determine lead readiness and quality. * Schedule qualified prospects directly on the closing team’s calendar. CRM and Reporting Ownership * Maintain accurate lead data and clean pipelines inside HubSpot. * Ensure complete documentation of all call logs, notes, and activity. * Produce daily and weekly performance reports covering email performance, call metrics, conversion rates, and lead quality. * Identify bottlenecks in the pipeline and implement solutions. Required Experience (Non\-Negotiable)Leadership Experience * Minimum two years managing teams in sales, outreach, or lead generation. * Proven history of meeting or exceeding aggressive KPIs in a leadership role. * Demonstrated ability to hold team members accountable to performance standards. Cold Email Expertise Must have hands\-on experience with: * Writing and building cold email sequences. * Managing deliverability and domain warm\-up processes. * Setting up and monitoring sending systems with multiple domains or inboxes. * Running A/B tests and optimizing email performance. Cold Calling Experience * Must have personally made cold calls in previous roles. * Strong phone presence and objection\-handling ability. * Experience creating scripts and training callers. Technical Skills * HubSpot CRM or similar. * Cold email platforms such as Instantly, SmartLead, Mailshake, or related software. * Call platforms such as AirCall, JustCall, or RingCentral. * Google Workspace. * Ability to work with spreadsheets and KPI dashboards. Professionalism and Maturity * Able to represent the company confidently. * Maintains professionalism during warm calls and qualification conversations. KPI ExpectationsWeekly Expectations * Ensure cold caller completes 300–500 calls per week. * Maintain cold email positive response rates of 2 to 4 percent. * Conduct all warm follow\-ups within 24 hours. * Deliver 5 to 10 qualified appointments per week. Monthly Expectations * Deliver 8 to 12 high\-quality sales\-qualified opportunities per month. * Maintain CRM accuracy above 95 percent. * Improve team performance month over month.
