**WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR \- COLIMA BRANCH** **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Responsible for coordinating material loading and unloading, as well as warehouse order and control. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- 1 TO 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN WAREHOUSE POSITIONS \- INVENTORY MANAGEMENT \- SUPERVISION AND HANDLING OF MATERIALS \- BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS **PERFORMANCE MEASURED BY:** Balanced warehouse based on stock and system records. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Supervise and manage warehouse personnel. 2\. Maintain warehouse and yard organization and cleanliness. 3\. Organize staff to perform cleaning according to the cleaning log. 4\. Receive, organize, and deliver materials to customers with a smile and courtesy, verifying that their invoice has been paid. 5\. Perform daily counts according to the inventory review calendar and physical counts. 6\. Accurately and timely complete logs corresponding to their area/activities. 7\. Physically track warehouse entries and exits (correctly fill out warehouse entry and exit forms). 8\. Manage and securely store copies of delivery invoices, organized by day, month, and year. 9\. Organize yard crew and drivers to assist in loading and unloading materials in warehouses, ensuring proper storage following the FIFO (First In\-First Out) principle. 10\. Conduct physical counts to coordinate with purchasing for product restocking. 11\. Collaborate effectively with other employees. 12\. Always wear required safety equipment: back support belt and safety shoes. Maintain control of identified inventory discrepancies along with report dates for clarification and investigation by the purchasing department. **HOURS:** Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm, Saturday 8 am to 2 pm.
