Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. **Job Requirements** · Minimum education: University-level studies without degree completion. · Prior experience as Plant Manager and leader of high-performance teams. · Leadership and teamwork skills. · Demonstrated results-oriented mindset. · Adaptability to ensure business outcomes. **Job Responsibilities** · Coordinate, supervise, and execute operational activities at the production plant and service areas. · Coordinate implementation and execution of respective action plans, as well as necessary adjustments and modifications to achieve business objectives and results. · Plan and execute strategies to improve production process efficiency. · Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards in the workplace. · Develop and manage key performance indicators (efficiency / scrap / order and cleanliness), setting targets for continuous improvement. · Provide reliable and timely information regarding production results, machinery and equipment status, program compliance rates, and utilization of installed capacity to evaluate performance. · Deliver training to respective teams of employees. Preventive maintenance program. · Tool control. · Manage the assigned budget for the maintenance department. · Proactively participate in company programs related to Safety, Health, Continuous Improvement, Quality, etc. **MUST-HAVE:** **Extensive expertise in injection molding, cooling towers, chillers, electromechanical systems, pneumatics, and general mechanics.** Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site
