**Job Description:** We are looking for a GPS and CCTV Monitoring Manager responsible for leading the monitoring team, ensuring optimal performance of tracking systems, and guaranteeing real-time compliance with security protocols for our transportation units. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the monitoring operators team. * Ensure proper route tracking through GPS and CCTV systems. * Analyze reports on routes, stops, deviations, and alerts. * Coordinate responses to incidents or emergencies. * Implement and improve monitoring and security protocols. * Report incidents to relevant departments (operations, security, logistics). * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports. * Train and evaluate personnel under supervision. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in satellite/GPS monitoring or similar roles. * Knowledge of GPS tracking platforms (such as Geotab, Tracksolid, etc., Samsara). * Leadership and team management skills. * Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. * Proficiency in Office software (intermediate-to-advanced Excel). * Availability to work under pressure and in shifts (if applicable). **Desirable:** Experience in transportation, logistics, or security companies.
