




**Join our team as a Collections Manager** **Barranca del Muerto Area** **Position Objective** Ensure efficient recovery of overdue accounts through comprehensive collections strategies, effective team supervision, and strict compliance with applicable regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Design preventive, early-stage, late-stage, and judicial collections strategies. * Monitor key indicators and delinquency trends to support decision-making. * Define recovery strategies for overdue and written-off portfolios. * Supervise and evaluate the performance of external collections agencies. * Oversee the daily operations of the collections team. * Supervise the quality of customer communications. * Monitor payment promises and ensure their fulfillment. * Resolve special or escalated cases. * Analyze portfolio segmented by risk, product, and aging. * Identify patterns of non-compliance and risk factors. * Prepare executive reports for senior management. * Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Portfolio recovery rate. * Percentage of fulfilled payment promises. * Recovery of written-off portfolio. * Collections effectiveness by channel (telephone, field, agency). **Academic Requirements** * Completed high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. **Experience** * Minimum 2 years in banking, financial, or fintech collections. * Minimum 3 years in leadership roles with direct reports. **Technical Knowledge** * CONDUSEF regulations. * Judicial collections procedures. * CRM and collections management tools. * Regulations applicable to collections activities. **Skills** * Strategic, results-oriented leadership. * Analytical and critical thinking. * Frustration tolerance. * Integrity and adherence to regulations. * Strategic focus and results orientation. **Position Conditions** * Level: Management. * Administrative working hours. * Work modality: On-site. * Salary: $17,000.00. * Uncapped commissions (ranging from $3,000.00 to $10,000.00 monthly). * Statutory benefits. * Enhanced benefits.
