We are looking for talent: ***OPERATIONS MANAGER - LOGISTICS*** **Job Description** Manage, organize, and supervise the proper allocation of mobile and fixed equipment and operational staff across branches; strategically coordinate efforts with different departments to ensure timely delivery of products and/or services, aiming for complete customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering. Knowledge: Advanced Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), SAP. Minimum 2 years of experience. Staff management and supervision (Operational and Administrative). Experience in Retail industry (preferably hardware and construction). Availability for in-person work. **Responsibilities:** Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services. Control, develop, and monitor KPIs. Lead, optimize, and coordinate the entire order cycle. Maintain records of quality, quantity, inventory levels, delivery times, transportation costs, and efficiency. Organize warehouse layout, catalog products, plan routes, and process shipments. Resolve any issues or complaints that arise. Supervise, advise, and train assigned personnel. Oversee the operation and appearance of equipment in coordination with maintenance, commercial, sales, and logistics teams. Coordinate the logistics area to ensure correct supply of products and/or services. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets. Maintain metrics and analyze data to evaluate performance and implement improvements. Review daily order logs and delivery times in the system. Collaborate with other departments.
