User support for installation and maintenance of printing equipment. 2. Troubleshooting software and hardware issues in printers. 3. Management of supplies and consumables for printing equipment. **Omni Printer is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Manzanillo, Colima** --------------------------------------------------------------------- **PRINTER MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Experience in a similar position. Tracking of tickets and requests from immediate supervisor. **Responsibilities:** * User support for installation, corrective and preventive maintenance of low- and high-volume printing equipment. * Knowledge of high-volume printing equipment (e.g., Konica, Lexmark, Canon, Xerox). * Physical meter readings and readings via applications. * Supply management (toner, maintenance kits, imaging units, etc.) and consumables (alcohol, lint-free cloths, compressed air, etc.). * Tracking of installed base (number of on-site devices and business channels or lines) for requesting spare parts and supplies. * Monitoring of printer statistics and performance. * Support for assigned clients. * Technical support: Troubleshooting software and hardware issues in printers. **We Offer:** Statutory benefits from day one.
