Requirements Onsite experience in: Formatting and imaging MAC, iOS, Windows, and desktop computers. Managing remote access to computers via Microsoft Teams or Microsoft Quick Assist. Technical knowledge of personal computer hardware, laptops, and their peripherals. Replacing components of computers, laptops, desktops, and peripherals. Installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance of laptops, desktops, and peripherals. Knowledge of printing equipment. Knowledge of physical and wireless networks. Installation and configuration of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems. Installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft 365. Email configuration. Reliability in creating backups. Software and application updates. Knowledge of McAfee/Trellix antivirus.
