That is why we invite you to become part of our company as a **TRAFFIC ASSISTANT** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Logistics, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience. * Gender indifferent. **Responsibilities:** * Organize and supervise the clearance of goods, both import and export, ensuring they arrive on time and in good condition. * Ensure quality and compliance in traffic operations. * Monitor in real time the movement of goods, ensuring they reach their destination without delays. * Prepare, review, and verify the necessary documents for customs clearance, such as invoices, customs entries, certificates of origin, etc. * Maintain active and dynamic communication with external clients regarding traffic operations. * Verify that tariff classifications, values, and quantities on customs entries are correctly recorded. * Monitor shipment arrivals and prepare customs clearance operations in advance (pre\-alert). * Prepare detailed reports on shipment status, clearance times, and any incidents occurred. * Supervise that taxes, tariffs, and expenses associated with goods clearance are paid on time. * Schedule customs clearance appointments. * Prepare and verify DODA, COVE, and E\-DOCUMENT. * Perform and verify references in the Internal System (AIPA). **Benefits:** * Competitive monthly salary. * Savings fund. * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Paid hourly leave. * Excellent work environment. * Option for indefinite contract. * Free uniforms. * Vacations. **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 hrs., with one hour for lunch. * Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00 hrs.
