




Education: Bachelor’s degree or Technical Superior University (TSU) degree in International Trade, Logistics, Commerce, International Business, or related field. At least 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. Provide customers with immediate solutions and operational strategies, led by analyst-level staff possessing advanced technical knowledge, attentiveness, and service orientation. Responsibilities: * Onboard new customers and maintain up-to-date digital customer files in the internal system. * Conduct routine follow-ups according to the frequency defined by customer segmentation. * Conduct ad-hoc follow-ups based on individual customer needs and concerns. * Advise and respond to inquiries regarding operational and legal matters at basic to intermediate levels. * Record and track meeting minutes; receive, log, supervise, and assist with complaints. * Quantify customer satisfaction. * Develop profiles for new and existing customers. * Develop pricing proposals for prospects and current customers. * Identify customer needs. * Monitor increases or decreases in customer operational volume. Desired Knowledge: * Customs Law * Customs Entry Forms (Pedimentos) * INCOTERMS, NOMs, NICO, UVA * Free Trade Agreements * Customs Regimes * General Rules on Foreign Trade Matters * Certificates of Origin and Customs Entry Form entry (Annex 22) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (pivot tables, Excel formulas) is required. * Basic to intermediate English proficiency * Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $10,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
