Reputable Clinical Analysis Laboratory is seeking: **CLINICAL LABORATORY MANAGER** **Position Objective:** Comprehensively direct, supervise, and coordinate clinical and pathological laboratory operations, ensuring quality, reliability, and timeliness of issued results, as well as personnel safety and regulatory compliance, through efficient management of human, material, and technological resources. Additionally, provide specialized medical pathology advisory support for patient care and clinical decision-making. **Responsibilities:** · Plan, organize, and supervise activities within the clinical and pathological laboratory. · Train and evaluate new personnel joining the respective department. · Issue, interpret, and validate test results. · Provide medical consultation to physicians in their specialty area. · Coordinate with assigned staff for sample reception, registration, and processing. · Report equipment failures to the Laboratory Manager and coordinate with suppliers for issue resolution. · Prepare procurement requests for departmental materials (supplies, consumables, and reagents). · Generate records and maintenance logs for equipment in coordination with the quality department. · Perform control and calibrator recordkeeping, where applicable. · Dispose of Biohazardous Infectious Waste (BIHW) according to established protocols. · Collaborate with quality, administrative, and branch supervisors to ensure result accuracy and quality assurance. · Optimize and monitor utilization and management of all financial, material, and/or technological resources within the department. · Monitor achievement of departmental objectives. · Supervise, motivate, and ensure departments maintain and improve satisfaction for both internal and external customers. · Address customer complaints or suggestions and follow up accordingly. · Monitor and evaluate compliance with policies, manuals, procedures, regulations, and/or guidelines related to Quality Management Systems or Safety Systems, as well as applicable legal and regulatory requirements, promptly reporting and following up on any risk situations through established mechanisms. · Evaluate and provide feedback on the performance of supervised staff (technical skills, knowledge, attitudes). · Actively contribute to creating a positive work environment of continuous learning with team members, based on knowledge and teamwork. · Participate in and promote programs among staff that enhance environmental care, workplace climate, and/or personal development. · Supervise proper use of safety equipment by personnel. · Verify compliance with all safety guidelines and emergency response measures. **Education Requirements:** · Medical degree with specialization in Pathology. **Work Location:** · Guadalajara, Jal.
