We are looking for: **"PAYROLL SPECIALIST".** *Required Profile:* * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Labor Law, or related fields. * Minimum three years of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in CONTPAQ NÓMINAS or similar payroll systems. *Main Responsibilities:* * Support affiliation-related transactions (e.g., registrations, cancellations, salary adjustments) with IMSS and IDSE. * Monthly and bi-monthly calculation of IMSS contributions; operation of platforms such as SUA. * Analyze pre-payroll data, calculations, and weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payments. * Calculate vacation bonuses, severance payments, settlements, Sunday premiums, worked rest days, holidays, bonuses, etc. * Administer and reconcile the Savings Fund and manage vacation records. * Provide support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries, benefits, and any other payroll-related questions. * Payroll stamping, management, and delivery or dispatch of payroll receipts. *We Offer:* * Work schedule from Monday to Friday. * Bi-weekly payment (salary based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Food vouchers. * Savings Fund.
