




A prestigious company is seeking: IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the field. Service-oriented attitude. Responsibilities: * First-level technical support and assistance to users. * Basic incident diagnosis. * Escalation of issues to higher support levels when necessary. * Ticket tracking and documentation of solutions. **User support for WMS and TMS.** * Perform equipment configuration backups. * Replace structured cabling connectors. * Conduct equipment testing and inspection to ensure optimal functionality. * Inventory management. * Warranty tracking and coordination for equipment.
