**Prestigious cosmetics laboratory specializing in shampoo production seeks: IT Analyst** **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM **Work location:** La Gloria del Colli neighborhood **We offer:** Competitive salary + statutory benefits **Job objective** Provide comprehensive technological infrastructure support through the installation, monitoring, and maintenance of networks and computer equipment, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with quality and information security standards. **Responsibilities** * Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and WiFi networks. * Install and configure switches, routers, access points, and structured cabling. * Monitor network performance and resolve incidents. * Document network diagrams and infrastructure updates. * Repair computer equipment (software and hardware). * Develop and execute the annual preventive and corrective maintenance program for equipment. * Conduct periodic inspections of computer equipment to ensure proper functionality. * Respond to and resolve incidents related to networks and equipment. **Requirements** * Technical degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (degree certificate or proof of graduation required). * Minimum 2 years’ experience providing network and computer equipment support. * Knowledge of: LAN/WAN/WiFi network installation and maintenance, structured cabling, switch and router configuration, hardware and software repair.
